Play Misty For Me

A few shots from England earlier this year...

I'll always remember how we'd driven out to the coast

wanting to see the lighthouse.  Only to find it shrouded

in a heavy fog.  Never willing to shy away from making

the most of a day... we bundled up and went out in

search of some other photo's to take. I climbed down

some stairs to the beach, and found these amazing polished

rocks. As I wondered around taking pictures, Frank stayed

up above keeping a watchful eye on me. I love how he respects

that I don't need watching over...  but does it anyway!

Now this is worth hacking down and up the hill to see, Elizabeth.

It's almost like a pavement isn't it
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Very much - which I really loved!

These stones are fascinating. washed up by the sea for ever and ever!
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: They are so beautiful! Thank you Philine!
Those rocks are amazing Elizabeth and I also like their block like formation.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: They are, Chad! I just love them!
I remember the film. Very creepy the first time I saw it
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: I've actually never seen it... smile
I love this tesselated pavement and am impressed that it is sandstone. Love this - Likey so I can look at it again more easily.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Isn't it beautiful, Mary?! Thank you so very much!
Nice shot. A lighthouse that you can't see in fog doesn't sound very useful!
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you, Graeme! I believe the light only shines out to sea and away from land.
i would be tempted to bend touch and stroke them over, Elizabeth. fine shot
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Understandably! The were so soft and smooth! Thank you, Ayush!
A shame you didn't get a clear view of the lighthouse but it still looks an interesting place to go.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: It is, Brian - but we did enjoy ourselves!
