What a difference with the tide in, apart from Frank being there it must seem strange to you living for a while on the coast instead of hundreds, if not thousands, of miles inland.

this reminds we of boat basins I have seen traveling in England, Ireland, and Florida

I looked for Fleetwood and found it along the coast of northwest England near the Isle of Man, Blackpool and 55 miles (Goolge Maps says0 from Manchester.
