I love the excentric shadow of the true wheel...it really grabbed my attention!
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Oh good, Ray! It's kinda cool, isn't it!
Quelle chance d'avoir de la neige. Ici, il n'y en jamais.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Yes - I love it! Perhaps you could spend a week in the Alps?!
A favourite place, nice shots Elizabeth.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Yes indeedy! Thank you!

STOP MENTIONING THE SNOW! Hahah!! No, carry on; I'm sure we'll see some lovely photos it. I especially like the shadow of the wheel here; it looks very distorted endnote suited for a cart at all.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: 40" plus now... smile I hope some will come out. Sunshine tomorrow!
Thank you, Alan - the shadow was pretty cool!
Magnifique prise de vue ..profitez bien de la neige
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you, Claudine!! We do!

I like your picture very much!
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: We were at 40" by midnight last night - a record for a single day in Flagstaff!

Good gracious, that’s a lot of snow. Keep safe.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: We were at 40" as of 12:00am Friday morning. A record for a single day in Flagstaff! It's soooo beautiful!
I love that top image, I suspect that would also look good in B.& W. I'll bet, unlike in the U.K., even with all that snow all you Flagstaff folks still got to work and school etc. today, just part of everyday winter life I guess.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you, Brian! I messed around a bit - and decided I liked that little bit of color! They did cancel school - but we went to work, and the roads were pretty well groomed. We'd had 40" as of 12:00am Friday morning - a record for a single day in Flagstaff!
These are iconic shots from that wonderful place. Beautiful.

You must have received our share of the snow. We expected 15 cm. and got 8. Do you get a snow day today?
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you, Mary!!
We had 40" by 12:00am Friday morning - a single day record for Flagstaff... then another 6" today. But right now, at 4:00pm - the sun is shining brightly!

Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thanks, Peter - that shadow was kinda cool!
We had 40" as of 12:00am Friday morning... a single day record for Flagstaff! You two snuggle up and stay safe!
