St. Simons Island Light

This picturesque light house was built in 1810 to guide ships into the St. Simons Sound and to warn of the many sand bars.

How common it is to see a light-house in its entirety, so it is good to see yours part-framed through the branches, Elizabeth
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you very much, Lisl! I liked this view as soon as I saw it!
Beautifully showcased, Elizabeth!

I like your view through the trees. The lighthouse looks to be in good condition with no rust staining from the metalwork.

Well framed picture.

I went through the 15 pictures in the link you provided. They are very excellent. What I don't understand, is how they get placed from 1 to 15. In my estimate, they should all have 1st place.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you, Louis!
I know what you mean - though I did like some better than others - all were of equal photographic quality.
