Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: I wish the shot showed the depth below! Thank you, Ayush!

On a l'impression qu'il va tomber...
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: I was a little concerned - but he's pretty sure footed! smile
My hair doesn't get in my eyes anymore....:-(
I like the shots, Ell', Especially the shadow.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: That can be a good thing, Frank! smile
Thank you, My Love! The shadow is yours, you know!

Two amazing pictures and look at those 'waves' in the rock... and the selfie. Every post of you is a joy to the eye. I hope Frank used super-glue under his shoes wink....
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thanks so much, Astrid - you're very sweet! Aren't those waves incredible - you just think of the power it took for the Earth to create those!
I'm glad he didn't - so he could get off that ledge and back into my arms! smile

Bet it was a nice warm wind though. Today here this morning we have thick FROST
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: It was indeed! Lovely!
Flagstaff is always fickle in spring... last week in the low 70's, tomorrow will be 56... and I always believe for all the sunshine she gives us- she's always got a good snowstorm to pull out of her pocket in May! smile
This is when Astrid would say something about if I were the one standing there...being blown off the rock into the abyss! (She's always afraid I'll be blown off the dijk!) In this case, Frank can obviously stand his grown, so I'm glad it's not you or me! Gotta love the shadow across the way.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Frank would likely do the same... But despite our daredevil attitudes - we really are very careful! smile
Thank you, Ginnie!!

Thank goodness the wind didn't change direction, Elizabeth
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Right! But he wasn't there long, thankfully!

Ah yes, it does look little breezy. I like the rocks on the right and in the second image. Good to see the Frank is not a former shadow of himself.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Just a wee bit! smile
Thank you, Alan!!

Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Oh dear - that would not be good!

Oh, I can feel the strong wind - and Frank could almost be the Flying Robert. Wonderful images of the rocks!
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: It was! Thank you Philine!!
It looks as if the wind wants to push him over the edge Elizabeth.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: It did it's best! To no avail... he's my Superman! smile
Steady on Frank you might get blown away
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: He came back soon enough! smile

The bottom one should have been the main picture, but I understand you line of thinking smile Quite a wind - luckily he doesn't wear a toupee.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: I battled with that! smile
It was a very strong wind indeed!
Gosh you can see the wind with the rising of Frank's jacket. LOVE the bottom shot.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: It was as strong as any I've felt!
Thank you very much, Mary!
Two great shots oncd again. Frank has some courage to keep walking out to the edge in some places.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you so much, Brian! He is very brave, that man of mine!
he is a brave man Elizabeth... i can see his shadow on the wall across from him...

keep on running against the wind

if you don't use it... you lose it....petersmile
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Yes he is, Peter! I loved the shadow - isn't that great!

We will keep running... and we'll keep using it, til it's all used up!!
Is that an incipient beard or just the light on his chin?
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: I'm afraid it just isn't showing up well here... he's been sporting what I believe is called a "Van Dyke" - a closely trimmed mustache and goatee - for some time now!
Yeesh! Stop scaring us! smile
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: smile No fear... he's sitting here beside me now... smile
