What a beautiful flower!
I wish you a great time in a grandious landscape for sure! Alan will know all these areas. Yesterday night I watched the wonderful, moving movie "Paris, Taxis" again (New- Mexico, Texas, Houston, a road movie, but much loneliness and tristesse, too).

The North Rim of the Grand Canyon is even more majestic than the South- if that can be imagined. 1000 feet higher in elevation (8800) and with waaaay fewer visitors. Alan has not been to the places we visited this past weekend - but I hope he will. They are so beautiful and vast.
I've never seen that movie - but have heard the very things you say!
I love it centered
A wonderful explosion Elizabeth!

I love what you are doing with these flowers, Elizabeth. You capture perfection perfectly.
Purple and white also go well together Elizabeth.
Like a little firework Elizabeth.
I like clovers for their lovely scent in the countryside. It is edible too.
