A green eyed beauty!
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: She certainly is, Chris - I think she's one of the most beautiful cats. I'm probably biased... but her personality makes her even more so. Right now she's in my lap purring away!
She has just spotted something! Beautiful eyes
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Ever aware of what's going on outside!
he has beautiful eyes
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: They are very expressive
Look at her eyes! Wonderful portrait Elizabeth.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you Richard!

She is a beauty; her eyes are really vivid. Sounds like you enjoys your lap smile
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: She is! Yes - she enjoys a nice cuddle, in between bouts of rowdiness! smile
She does have stunning eyes Elizabeth. A lovely cat
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: She does indeed - they're very expressive!
An expression in every cat. Just yesterday I was saying I think they see things in the room that we can't.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Yes! My Dad had a cat that would stare up at a wall. She'd do this until he finally broke to temptation to look where she was looking- then she'd look away!
She's a beauty!
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Yes she is - if I must say so!
You must stop this, I am beginning to like cats, we looked after Garfield at my sons house last week and next doors delightful little female cat seems to be making her home in our garden, help!
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: smile Ray says you're done for! smile

Lovely shot of the alert cat, Elizabeth.

[I think the words in the heart are nonsense, though...] sad
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you Ray!

Oh we could get into another philosophical discussion... smile What requirements to you place on Love?

Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: And I do! Especially when they look me in the while while she "talks" to me!

Sorry about the delay...I have been busy with other stuff.

I think the quote writer must be mistaking "love" for "unrequited love" or "narcissism", Elizabeth...there are few, or no, requirements for indulging in these...but they are as Mormonism is to Christianity.

I believe love requires [at least] two players, each bringing a few things like respect, honesty and trust to the game.

I would be happy to debate it further, "as you wish" [The princess Bride].
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Well, Wesley smile I think it may be a bit more simple.

I don't think it narcissistic to love, respect or trust oneself.

That said - Love for another in any form, and it's purest form, should not have any requirements. If I give my love to another, and they don't love, respect or trust me - I consider that their issue - not mine. I still love them. And I believe that is, in fact, what makes my love true.

Those lovely green eyes, I am sure they miss nothing
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Aren't they gorgeous?! I wonder sometimes if she has glaucoma - her peripheral vision doesn't seem as keen as it should be!
