All Is Bright

“Want to keep Christ in Christmas?

Feed the hungry, clothe the naked, forgive the guilty,

welcome the unwanted, care for the ill, love your enemies,

and do unto others as you would have done unto you.”

~ Steve Maraboli

And since we all could use a laugh...

All is bright indeed. Wonderful quote with it.
The video tells me everything why we don't have a cat (cats)..........😊
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you very much Astrid! I love that quote!
Well yes - consider yourself warned! The thing I love about cats is that they are still wild animals... the thing I hate about cats is that they are still wild animals... smile
All is bright... beautiful crystals and the video was great Elizabeth....petersmile
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you Peter!
Cats are always worth a laugh!
we all seem to be chasin' the light, Elizabeth! Have a very happy Christmas!
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: So true! Thank you Juan Carlos - to you also!
Oh, yes, Elizabeth. You (and Maraboli) nailed it. That's why I keep thinking Pope Francis is our present-day Jesus! This is HIS message.

Do cats really do that??? I'd put mine in isolation!
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you Ginnie - Maraboli is wise! And yes - Pope Francis does seem to be, doesn't he!

The DO! As I told Astrid - the thing I love about cats is that they are wild animals and the thing I hate about cats is that they are wild animals!! smile

...and that is exactly why I gave up putting up a tree when I had cats smile One of my mine would put one of the lights in his mouth and his cheeks would glow. Good words by Steve Maraboli and and a fine image to accompany it. I don't ice will be a problem this Christmas.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Understandably... I love the thought of your cat with glowing cheeks!
I really love that quote - and I'm so pleased you like the image.
It is chilly... isn't it!

Bright and cool...
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Yes... smile
I agree with every word!

Love the video. Luckily our cats don't attack the tree. A casual flick at a bauble is about it.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you Bill - me too!

Glad you enjoyed the video - made me laugh too... My cats are pretty good - most of the time!
Great thoughts indeed Elizabeth. Thank you for the laugh...
Enjoy Christmas Eve!
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you Richard!
So glad to give you a chuckle!
We will.. you too!
What a beautiful image you have today! Love the cat video. Mine have not attempted any tricks.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you very much Mary!!
I'm glad you liked the video!

It is a pity Alan didn't video his cat with the light - it would have gone viral such is the way of the world.

Have a good one ;o)
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Wouldn't that have been fantastic!
Nice one Ellie, keep warm .
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you Michael! You too!

Again I am smiling at one of you two - cats & christmas trees smile Steve knew what he was speaking about.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: smile All of that pleases me! smile
Beutiful crystal Elizabeth. I met one cat before that had similar tendencies but mine were all well behaved.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you Janet!
Mine tend to be pretty good also, Janet!

A lovely seasonal piece of glitter!

As for cats and Christmas trees - I don't think they are an ideal combination.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: I love ice crystals... well, I love anything sparkly! smile
No - cats and Christmas trees only go together for a good laugh!
A fine thought Elizabeth, sadly, for some reason, the video doesn't seem to be working, something to do with a copyright dispute.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you Brian! Thanks for letting me know - I loaded another, but it's not quite as good.
