Circle of Love

“Once the Wheel of Love has been set in motion, there is no absolute rule.

Your being contains mine; now I am truly part of you.

Together as one, we form an unbroken circle of love.

The wife is half the man, his priceless friend;

Of pleasure, virtue, wealth, his constant source;

A help throughout his earthly years;

Through life unchanging, even beyond its end.”

~ Bertrice Small, This Heart of Mine

~ Frank and I will be arriving in England

today, for a week of Christmas cheer!

Are you hinting that yours is to become an official union?
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Well - I mainly posted the poem because I thought it fit my "Circle of Love" title... but yes, I won't deny there's truth in that!
And this is a large Circle Elizabeth...Have a great stay in England!
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: It is, Richard! Those mirrored orbs are pretty big.

We'll sleep the next 12 hours and be ready to go!
I hope you enjoy Christmas here. It was, of course, invented by the Victorians so you are at the birthplace of Christmas as we know it grin

Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you Alan! I do love "Merry Christmas", myself! I don't partake in the political ridiculousness of all that... smile Yes- this is just down the street from St. Paul's
Welcome to England again Elizabeth, three times now, it's getting to be a habit, there must be something special to make you keep flying over smile The poem mentions 'wife', is that hint 2015 might be seeing even more exciting things happening?
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you very much Brian... and it will be four come March...
someONE special for sure! smile "Wife" just happened to be in the poem- but there was no objection from either of us - as we do hope to keep moving forward with our plans!

Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: You thought correctly!
A great photo Elizabeth. I do hope you have a wonderful week in England. It will be a change from the dry desert landscape of your home. Lots of rain and short days here. Best wishes.
