Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Yep - a little explosion of power!!! Thank you so much Peter! And you are the first to comment here today! smile

I like the action in this; both rider and horse are on a mission!

(Having seen your reply to Peter, is there something happening soon? Someone arriving perhaps...? )wink
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thanks Alan!

Oh nothing big... just the arrival of the Love of My Life from 5000 miles away! smile
I have noticed the timer and I am assuming you are not boiling eggs smile
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: smile Well I am boiling eggs as well... but for 6 minutes, not 6 days! smile Actually - I wish this timer were 6 minutes - oh wait... I need to clean the kitchen...
Power of the horse unleashed.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Indeed!!!
Very nice action, the perfect 'pose' caught
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thanks John! I thought that!

He took his time didn't he Elizabeth.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Well he does seem to be a little behind - but I suppose since he's the heeler, he's got to wait for the header to rope the horns first anyway...

Such a perfect action shot, Elizabeth.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you Pauline!
Another fine shot, Elizabeth.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you kindly!
Love how you've captured the horse's two hooves off the ground, Elizabeth. Michael must feel very secure in the saddle to be able to ride with his hands free.

Counting down the days. I think that anticipation adds to the excitement of a much longed for reunion.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thanks Beverly! Each of these ropers are superb riders atop extremely well trained steeds. They all ride like this- right hand with the lasso, left hand with the coil, and loosely holding the reins.
You captured the moment well here, Elizabeth, another great shot! Can't be our Michael...He hasn't got six cameras round his neck! smile
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you very much Frank!!
smile You're so funny... and usual... correct! smile
Another superb action shot Elizabeth!
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you Richard!
Just think, in 6 days time you'll be roping your big prize Elizabeth, metaphorically speaking of course smile
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: YUP!!!! I'm ready!!
captured just in time...
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thanks Larry!

Superbly defined musculature on the horse - fine shot.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Love seeing the power... in animals, in humans... body's are amazing! Thanks Mike!

He's after the phantom calf...
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Probably...
