Only second place? What's the matter with the judges where they blind? wink Mind you.. having just learn what the winning shot then my slight bias may have come into play smile This is a wonderful shot, nevertheless.

Second place, just because Frank was not one of the judges. Great picture, though.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: I do have to admit he's one of my biggest fans! smile Thank you Louis!
Must be 'Marlboro Country' if you remember the long running Phillip Morris campaign before it was decided cigarettes would kill you no matter how fast your drawsmile
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: I'd guess anything this side of the Mississippi could be considered Marlboro Country! The first two Marlboro Men died of lung cancer, the third died of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) that no doubt was a result of his many years of smoking.
looking the tint in this picture Elizabeth... quite a sexy one for a Monday girl... love it anyway..and congratulations...
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: smile Thanks so much Ronky! You flatter me! smile
I've light another Marlboro dear. Good shot!
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: smile Thanks very much Juan Carlos!!

Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you very much Tom!! I'd love to give that a try!!!
Well done on the ribbon, Elizabeth. Think you should have got 1st. It's a gorgeous shot.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you so much Pauline!!! You're so sweet!
All I can say is that whatever won must have been a very good picture indeed E because this is excellent
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: According to my in-laws who are both artists, and slightly biased in my direction - the winning picture earned it! So I'm satisfied with that! smile

Thank you so very much Bill!
Congratulations to you Elizabeth!
Fabulous image.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you very much Richard! Appreciate it!
