both are stunning, though the one without the blue sign and red car is more impactful

Oh, I am in awe and ooh! In Ireland rainbows symbolize blessings from heaven, and in England, marriedwith an English husband, you are blessed in a double way! These images are really great, some of the best images we ever saw on SC!!!

The entire place is a pot of gold and they didn't mine it within their own borders.

Two beautiful rainbow shots. I like how the cars are driving into it in the bottom shot. It fires up my imagination.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: That's right! smile
Thank you very much, Louis! We had fun chasing the rainbows that day!

You will always be a welcome visitor
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Oh I do, Bill! Thank you so much... I may become a resident... smile
Great double rainbow shot! Do you know that the longest lasting rainbow appeared in Sheffield 20 years ago, lasting six hours? It was recently beaten by a nine-hour rainbow in Taipei.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you so much, Tom! Six hours... that's incredible!!!!! With the sun shifting as it does, that's just amazing to imagine!
Terrific shots of these two rainbows Elizabeth, probably the best I've seen. We were lucky that day.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you, Frank! I don't think I've seen anything like it! Can't wait to see your pics! smile
I'm lucky every day, cuz I have you! XOX
a superfanstaic double rainbow Elizabeth...
did you notice that the outer bow 's colours are reverse to the colours on the inner....petersmile
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you so much, Peter!!
Yes... my weather book actually describes the second rainbow as a reflection of the primary rainbow - and that's why the colors will be inverted! Cool, huh?
Wonderful pictures, Elizabeth. Well done!
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thanks so much, Graeme! Frank was driving, I was shooting... I got lucky!
