I want to apologize for my absence from SC this week....

I know you are close to Rosemary. Keep your vigil and come back when you can. Sunset...
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you so much, Mary! She is like a surrogate mother to me.
Apologies are not needed Elizabeth, you must be where is the most important to you, I hope to read you saying one day Rosemary is fully recovered from whatever ails her. In the meanwhile a beautiful sunset.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you, Brian. I really appreciate that. She is doing much better and we're hoping she'll be home in a week or two.
Woo - fiery!

I still have account problems and have heard nothing from SC about it - most frustrating.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: It is like a fire in the sky!
I'm sorry you're having such troubles - I haven't been experiencing any... it is frustrating isn't it.

Like an inferno (well, I suppose the sun is just that really). Stunning colours.
i hope your friend makes a full and speedy recovery, Elizabeth.
love this fiery sunset - the clouds positioned themselves nicely to bounce of the final rays of light.
You could not choose better to illustrate the sunset

Such a dramatic sky with splendid warmth in these colors!
another beautiful sky photo.

beginning my morning ritual of visiting Shutterchance Buddy photo collections

I see many animals: horses, cats

so many beautiful scenes from nature on your archive.

Thanks for sharing your love of beauty
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you, Alan! I do appreciate that you're also looking back on some photo's you may have missed! And I am pleased you appreciate my love of the beauty of the natural world! Thank you!
I will scan through more of all 5 of you BUDDIES' photos over days to come.

Back in 2008 when Chad introduced me first to Shutterchance I followed his photos and Chris/Tiffs for weeks .

I got out of that habit a few years ago when I was traveling and working in Asia most of the time.
