Jolie représentation des indiens.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you, Martine!
How fabulous, Elizabeth...and I will assume they are off on a hunt for food and NOT for war!

Is this a genuine artefact, Elizabeth, or is it a modern artwork?

They seemed to be inspired by the piano keyboard for their costume Elizabeth.

Having just followed the link to the Trading Company, I dread to think of the cost of this piece. Is it handmade do you know? If so, it's an incredible piece and gives a non-American such as me a typical view of what I think of the "Red Indians" when I was a child.
Lovely vibrant colour
Interesting!

SC seems not to be working properly - I can't reply to comments. Have informed SC of this but haven't heard back.
It is very good, a lot of work must have gone into making this and presumably it is one of a kind.

They are still winning as no-one is falling off his horse. Quite a piece, considering they are beads on hide.
Fine details on the war bonnet.
Very beautiful, I like the ethnic appearance of the image.
