I really like both pics, Elizabeth.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you, Ray! I loved that sheep just wander among the art!

Beautiful. Looks like England and Frank's post looks like the US. Have you switched locations?
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you, Beth!
He's stuck in England trying to sell the house... Maybe posting his favorite US places to make himself feel better for not being here?! smile
And I'm posting from my recent visit to him in late July, making myself feel better for not still being with him.
Oh aren't we sad sacks?! smile

The sheep looks as if it's watching as intently as the figure down by the lake
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: I think that's just about right!

C'est l'heure de la sieste pour le premier mouton.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Yes, she appears very restful!

A good quote from Lisl. I never realised that sheep were in the Sculpture Park; another good reason to visit. Sheepy is pleased to see you.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Yes - a favorite of mine!
And yes! Another good reason for you to go! They seemed much less skittish than others I've encountered in the English countryside. Much more accustomed to people being in close proximity.
So peaceful
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: That's a very good description

I like the lower picture Elizabeth.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you, Chad!
Even as busy as it was, Elizabeth, tranquility was available in this lovely place. As your second photo shows.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: So very true, Frank! We'll have to go back when they change the sculptures out! smile
The lower picture is an idyllic scene E
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you very much, Bill!
Paysage très pittoresque , le mouton est un beau sujet de photo
Bonne journée Elisabeth
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: It was a really lovely place!
Thank you Claudine!
I like the single blade of grass resting on lambie's mouth. Reminds me of a toothpick chewer.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: I thought that, too!
With these tow lovely pictures I know you are becoming something of an Anglophile at times Elizabeth.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: smile There must be some influence! smile
They make an interesting contrast with the sculpture, don't they?!
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: They do - but somehow it seemed appropriate!

What are they thinking as they watch us? Nothing evil, I hope...
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: smile You never know... those innocent looking little lambies!
