La vue est certainement très belle mais il ne faut pas avoir le vertige.

F A B U L O U S......
'On top of the world'....
Can you even fathom what you saw, this is mind blowing.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: T H A N K Y O U !!!!!
No - I felt like I was dropped in the middle of a Dr. Seuss book!!
I've been to Bryce Canyon, Elizabeth, (when I was pregnant with Amy 45 years ago!) but do not remember seeing it like you have. I think ours was just a pass-by look. I love seeing it now through your eyes!
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: I'm sure it looked the same smile
But yes - it's more difficult if you haven't much time or energy!
Thank you so much!

It's good to see it in the snow but under blue skies. Was the place relatively quiet? I've had to contend with coachloads of jJapanese tourists at dawn on my visits.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: It was quite lovely! There weren't too many people. Mostly American spring break kids !
Un point de vue superbe !
Très belles prise de vues , merci
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: Thank you Claudine - it was gorgeous!
All he needs is a rusting car and his joy would be complete wink
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: You got that right! and pie... perhaps! smile
It just looks so crumbly Elizabeth.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: I know - and there's evidence of erosion all around with the sand and what not. But it's very firm when you stand on it. Strict rules against climbing spires and hoodoos, of course!

It must be overwhelming to stand there.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: That's an understatement!
A spectacular view and viewpoint. I can feel the awe.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: I wish you could've been there, Mary - you'd love it!
I can't get over how magnificent this place it, we will find the Lake District a bit bland in July!
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: We struggle for superlatives...

Ah - but the Lake District has such a beauty all it's own!

With the snow it becomes a magical landscape.
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: It did add to it, Louis!
The colours are pretty unbelievable!
Elizabeth Croston Buckalew: You just keep rubbing your eyes! smile
